Shipping & Returns


Domestic (U.S.) Orders:

In most cases, orders will be delivered in 2 - 7 business days.

You will receive an email with your tracking information shortly after placing your order.

International (non-U.S.) Orders:

In most cases, orders will be delivered in 7 - 14 business days. Please refer to your shipping notification email for tracking information.


It is the responsibility of the customer to enter the correct shipping address details. We will do our best to help you change the address prior to the order being shipped. However, once an order has been shipped, it is up to the customer to contact the courier directly with the tracking number provided to change the shipping address. The customer is responsible for all costs arising out of this issue.


If you are the original end-user or purchaser of RYSE products and you are not satisfied with them for any reason, you may return them in their original condition within sixty (60) days of the original purchase. 

Please contact our friendly support team here to initiate the return process. Please take a photo of the RYSE products in the returned box. 

All refunds will be processed within 30 days from the time we receive your unit at our warehouse.

For all returns, customers must return all components in their original condition and packaging. The cost of any missing packaging, parts or components will be charged at the discretion of RYSE: 

  • $10.00 for any missing packaging, parts, or components for motorized products from individual units of RYSE SmartShade or RYSE SmartShade + BatteryPack.
  • $5.00 for any missing packaging, parts, or components for accessories from individual units of RYSE SmartBridge or RYSE BatteryPack. 
  • $10.00 restocking fee applies to all returned orders from the RYSE online store (

If you purchased RYSE products from somewhere other than the RYSE online store, the place of purchase is responsible for returns. RYSE cannot accept returns for items purchased from other retailers. RYSE can only accept returns on items purchased on

If you purchased your RYSE product from one of our retail partners such as Amazon, or BestBuy, it must be returned to that retailer. Please note that third-party return policies may differ from our online returns policy. Make sure that you ask the store if you have questions about their policies.

Expedited shipping fees cannot be refunded.
